Rory Schmick
Rory Schmick is an energy management and sustainability leader with over 20 years of experience spanning private industry, non-profit organizations, and consulting firms. He is currently an Energy Policy Researcher at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. His research focuses on energy management practices and policies that support energy performance improvement and decarbonization. Previously, Mr. Schmick was on the executive leadership team at Pacific Foods where he designed and implemented a comprehensive sustainability practice, corporate energy policy, and decarbonization strategy. He holds a B.A. in Geography from University of Colorado and is a Certified Energy Manager (C.E.M.).
